We operate across technical assessment, installation coordination, maintenance scheduling, and delivery logistics. Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation — we do not start work until both parties agree on deliverables, timelines, and costs. Services are available as one-off engagements or as part of quarterly maintenance agreements for clients with recurring needs. Our service professionals are vetted, punctual, and required to document their work so you always have a record.
How a Service Engagement Works
2. Schedule and Confirm
Once the scope is agreed, our coordinator books the service slot and assigns the appropriate professional. You receive a confirmation with the professional's name and expected arrival window.
3. Service Is Delivered
Our professional arrives within the confirmed window, carries out the agreed work, and documents outcomes. If any unexpected complexity is discovered, work pauses and you are consulted before proceeding.
4. Handover and Follow-Up
Upon completion, you receive a service report and, where applicable, warranty documentation. Our coordinator follows up after seven days to confirm satisfaction and log any outstanding items.
What We Do Not Cover
It is important to be direct: Sparkaforge's specialist services are not an emergency response operation. We do not offer same-day callouts as a standard — our shortest lead time is typically 24 hours. We also do not provide large-scale civil or structural work. Where a client's need falls outside our scope, we will say so clearly and, where possible, refer you to a specialist we trust. Our goal is to take on work we can do properly, not to overextend and disappoint.
