Sparkaforge is a small local business operating from Kimathi Street in Nairobi's central district. We offer three connected lines of service: specialist service delivery for local business needs, appointment coordination and scheduling management, and a curated range of products selected specifically for the Kenyan market. Our clients include individual professionals, medical and legal practitioners, small office operations, and retail businesses located primarily in Nairobi's central, Westlands, Karen, and Upperhill areas. We do not serve clients outside Kenya at this time, and we are direct about that rather than implying otherwise. What we do, we do consistently — and for most clients, consistency is the thing they find hardest to source locally.
How the Team Works and What We Actually Stand For
Sparkaforge was founded in 2017 by a team of three professionals with backgrounds in operations management, client services, and local logistics. Seven years on, the core team has grown to eight full-time members and a rotating pool of four to six vetted associate professionals who are deployed on service engagements. Every associate undergoes a structured onboarding process before being assigned to a client. We do not send unknown individuals to client premises — you will always receive the name, photo, and brief profile of the professional attending before arrival. Our internal process is built around three principles that we revisit quarterly: communicate before the client needs to ask, document every engagement so nothing is left to memory, and decline work that falls outside our genuine capacity. That last principle is the one that costs us some short-term revenue but has consistently produced longer client relationships. We have completed more than 640 distinct client engagements since 2017. We are not the largest option available in Nairobi, and we do not intend to be. Results in service quality depend in part on how clearly clients communicate their requirements to us — we do our best work when the brief is specific.
